Although Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known for making grand periodic dramas with love stories but this time he is in a different mood.
As per the sources the padmaavat director is in talks with the famous Indian novelist Amish Tripathi for the copyrights of his superhit novel ‘The Immortals of Meluha’.
Many of you might have already read the hit novels of Amish Tripathi, but for some, the name must be unfamiliar both the novelist and novel.
Just a quick refresh Amish Tripathi is the writer of Shiva trilogy and the first novel in the series is ‘The Immortals of Meluha’ on which Sanjay Leela Bhansali is willing to make a film.
When asked to the novelist Amish Tripathi he said, “I don’t want to comment on the things when they are under discussion.’
It is not the first time that any director has approached Amish for his novel rights, but earlier to this ace director and producer Karan Johar had taken rights to the book which he later surrendered.
If Sanjay Leela Bhansali gets successful in getting the book right, it will be interesting to see how the director will bring on screen the fiction script which is majorly based on the Hindu god shiv.
Till now Sanjay Leela Bhansali has gained popularity for grand sets, great visuals, star cast, beautiful heroines, heavy designer costumes and an altogether different love story majorly with a tragic ending.
One more thing that may interest some audiences is the new subject of the film just like the novel was instant hit the movie based on it also has golden chance to woo the audience and give way to the new storyline for the bollywood.
