Ranveer Singh doesn’t want to do south Indian remakes after SIMMBA

Ranveer singh is done with the south remakes

Mr Aluddin khilji aka Ranveer Singh looks confused for his future movie projects or maybe finding hard to digest the stardom as his last release ‘padmaavat’ became his highest grossing film which netted around 500 cr from the worldwide box office.

Having such success at the box office which only a few actors enjoy surely is making him proud and difficult for directors to deal with him.

Just a few days back Ranveer Singh upcoming movie with the director Rohit Shetty ‘SIMMBA’ poster was out in which he will play the cop role for the first time.

The movie is said to be the remake of a south movie. SIMMBA is scheduled to release at the year end on 28 December. However, only a little information about the film is out, and till now the lead actress is not finalised.

The movie is very far from the release and shooting schedules are also not finalised, but Ranveer Singh has already made up his minds for south remakes.

According to the reports, Ranveer Singh has decided not to do south Indian remakes post-SIMMBA as he wants to explore different genres.

Is Ranveer Singh seriously wants to explore different genres or he is unable to bond with Rohit Shetty?

In India south Indian movies are successful next only to bollywood and Ranveer Singh is just done with the south remakes even before completing his first south remake and that is also with the director Rohit Shetty whose roots are also from south India.

Hope so all is well in Ranveer Singh love life as his alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone also comes from south India.

Currently, Ranveer Singh is shooting for the Zoya Akhtar ‘Gully Boy’ which also stars Alia Bhatt. It is a story of four youngsters in their twenties who love music.
